The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The online casino and sports betting website operated by vsbat.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on the Site and is using our services.
• "Account" — The registered profile containing the member's personal information, balance, and activity.
• "Bonus" — Promotional offers provided by vsbat, including welcome bonuses, cashback, and other benefits.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the only active currency on this platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

To become a member of the vsbat platform and use its services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Any account unable to verify age may be immediately suspended or cancelled.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. vsbat reserves the right to cancel an account and seize funds if false information is provided.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

vsbat currently accepts deposits through three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits through methods other than these three are not accepted.

To ensure security, vsbat may at any time request verification of a user's identity, age, and payment method. Failure to provide the required documents may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

4.2 Wagering Calculation

The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Only bets placed with bonus funds will count toward the wagering calculation.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page.
• vsbat reserves the right to cancel a bonus if evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• The next bonus will not be activated until the wagering for one bonus is completed.
• If a withdrawal is made without completing the wagering on bonus winnings, the bonus will be considered void.

The vsbat VIP Program has five tiers. Each tier offers various benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher tier automatically through regular and active play. VIP benefits are at the discretion of vsbat and may change at any time.

6.1 Account Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Notify the vsbat support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

6.2 Account Suspension or Cancellation

vsbat may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms or suspicion of fraud
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or collusion
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform

6.3 Security Technology

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vsbat platform:

• Attempting to hack accounts or gain unauthorized access
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Exploiting software errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Using fraudulent payment methods

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

vsbat takes responsible gambling very seriously. We are committed to helping users maintain control over their gambling activity.

8.1 Self-Control Tools

Users can set deposit limits, time limits, or a temporary break (cooling-off period) on their account. A Self-Exclusion option is also available for problematic gambling behavior.

8.2 Protection of Minors
